Our Shirley Blouse is made in beautiful 100% silk jersey and will be made on a bespoke basis. This means once your order has been processed delivery will take 3-4 weeks and that it is non-returnable. We ask that if you have any special requests that you get in contact with us once and we can adjust the size to suit your style, size and design needs. The blouse features a frill made in silk chiffon around the shoulder with a tie bow detail at the neck and around the waist and shirring at the cuffs.
