We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days. However, if you need your garment for a certain date or on a faster time scale please contact info@sarahbadeni.com and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

All orders within the UK are sent with Royal Mail Special delivery. This next day delivery secure service requires someone to sign for your parcel.

Goods will be delivered to the address provided. We are unable to change the shipping or billing address of your order for security reasons so please notify us if you notice any mistakes in the information provided. The customer is responsible for redelivery charges of any unsuccessful deliveries.  You will be notified when you parcel is dispatched, including tracking number.

International Orders

We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may occur during shipping. Customers are advised to check details of taxes, fees or levies that may come under local legislation.

Delivery of an item to another country is the responsibility of the postal service in the country of which the item is being delivered to. Delays may be caused by custom checks, which can take up to two weeks.

Lost or Late
Items

If an order hasn’t arrived please contact us using the contact form and we will be able to provide you with a tracking number in order to chase up the delivery. We are unable to refund or replace lost items until after 20 working days after the dispatch date as this is the point at which Royal Mail classes an item as lost.

If your item is marked as delivered but you have not received it your items may have been delivered to a post room or someone within your company if someone else has signed for it. In this instance please contact Royal Mail for proof of delivery certificate by filling out their signature request form.

Please Note

We will not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. We cannot be held accountable for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

Order times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

Delivery time begins from the date of dispatch and are a rough guide only.

We are unable to redirect orders.

Your garment will arrive in one of our beautiful signature boxes. These are ample sized and will keep your order secure.

Return &Exchange Policy

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. Our production values are high and we carry out quality control on all garments. If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase we will offer a full refund within 14 days however, after this point refunds will only be accepted if there is a fault with the garment.

We are aiming to reduce are carbon footprint and therefore encourage our customers to consider their purchase carefully before buying. We are a small business making a conscious attempt to avoid the “ buy, try and return” trend seen across many fast fashion brands. It is an expensive process that as a small business we cannot afford to promote. Our garments are of the highest quality.

We therefore ask that you check all the details of your order thoroughly before you continue to checkout. Each of our pieces is an item to be loved and treasured, however we will offer a full refund within 14 days if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase. For advice on how to care and look after your garment once it arrives please look at our garment care guide at the bottom of our homepage.

If your garment arrives faulty please contact info@sarahbadeni.com with your name and address with details and photographs of the fault. We will then advise on how to proceed in order to place a return or exchange.

Each order will undergo an inspection before shipping so that it arrives to you just the way it should however we are only human so things can go wrong. If you believe the product is defective or damaged in shipping we ask that you take photographs of it on arrival and do not remove any tags or try it on.

We will not accept a refund for any garment with evidence of being worn before returning or any of the tags removed. We reserve the right to refund you a value excluding the shipping costs and/or for the partial value of the piece. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned item. Your refund will be issued by the same payment method used to purchase the garment.
