Although every effort has been made to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products.

Products are done in small runs and therefore have limited quantities. They are all subject to return and exchange only according to our returns policy.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We can exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

All item descriptions and pricing of products are subject to change at anytime without prior notice at our discretion. Although every care is taken to ensure product descriptions are correct they are not intended to be binding and are only to give a general description of our products.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Use of Our Site

Our site is available to you free of charge. You must acknowledge that occasionally our site may be unavailable and that we may suspend, discontinue, change or withdraw any section of our website, at any time without prior notice.

We cannot be responsible for any changes to delivery or order times due to any natural or unnatural events or acts of God.

We cannot guarantee that our site will be secure from bugs or viruses and it is the responsibility of the user to configure your technology in order to access our site. We advise that you use your own virus protection software.

You must not knowingly misuse our site by introducing logic bombs, viruses, trojans, worms or any other malicious or harmful technology.

Exchanges

If a product is faulty we may offer an exchange as long as we are informed of the fault within 14 days after the purchase and the fault meets our requirements. Please see returns for more information.

If you wish to make a change to a bespoke order please contact us at info@sarahbadeni.com and we will inform you if this amendment is possible. We will also inform you of any changes in price, timings or delivery this amendment may require and ask you to confirm if you’d still like to go ahead with the request.

Liability

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for the loss or damage but we are not responsible for any unforeseeable loss or damage. Loss or damage is only foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breech of terms or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into a sale.

The garments we supply are for domestic and private use only. You must agree not to use the product for any commercial, business or resale purposes and we have no liability for any loss of profit, business or business opportunity.

We do not seek to limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation. We shall not be liable to you by any reason of any representation, implied warrant, condition or other term, or any common law under, or in negligence for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage, cost, expense or any other claim for compensation which arise from or in connection with the use of the website, product supply or their resale by you.

We aim to ensure all information provided on the website is accurate and up to date, however it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and we will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from such information.

Whilst we take all reasonable steps to ensure our service is reliable we cannot guarantee that your use of this site will be error free and we will not be responsible for any disruption, loss or corruption of material or data. We will not be liable to you or be deemed in breech of these terms by any reason of delay or failure to perform.
